All of our wines start with high quality crushed grapes which we import from grape-growing regions around the world. Our classic and reserve series reds and whites consist of many of your favorite traditional varietals. We also produce a series of fruit-infused wines for those looking for something on the lighter and sweeter side. These begin with a traditional varietal grape wine base into which we infuse natural fruit flavors. The result is a wine for both the non-wine drinker and the wine enthusiast alike. Our fruit-infused wines have a final alcohol content of 8.5%, compared with 11%-14% in traditional varietal wines.

Cabernet Sauvignon - a rich and appealing style, our full-bodied cabernet has a deep garnet color and an aroma of blackberries, vanilla and fresh violets. Fermentation on the skins provides rich tannins and a peppery spice.
Merlot - This supple wine has a soft, full flavor with notes of fresh red cherries, delicately laced with oak to enhance the characteristic fruitiness.
Shiraz - Our Australian shiraz is deep and dark in color with a rich bouquet of fruit and a hint of casis to go with its characteristic spice. It ages gracefully into a velvety wine of pure elegance.
Old Vine Zinfandel - This luscious red wine is pure pleasure. Black cherry, and tobacco notes burst into textured fruit flavors followed by spicy black pepper. The finish is well-defined, long and beautifully balanced. Our Old Vine Zin benefits from deep roots that pick up flavors unobtainable by its younger counterpart.
Pinot Noir - Our pinot is medium bodied, offering succulent juicy berry flavors, accentuated by delicate aromas of coffee and vanilla oak. Ruby red in color, it boasts of velvety tannins and a long fulfilling fruity aftertaste.
Cab~Zin~Shiraz - We affectionately call it our "Swamp Juice." It is our signature blend of these three classic varietals, offering the finest benefit of what each have to offer. To capture all the flavors and nuances, the description would be too complicated. This is a "you've got to taste it" wine.
Carmenere - This exquisite wine treats the palate to the richness of toasted oak with smooth silky tannins and succulent dark fruits. Our carmenere hails from Chile and offers flavors of fresh blackberries, pluims and vibrant spice notes.
Rosso Grande - Our "pizza and red sauce wine." An intense wine with vibrant flavors of ripe berries and black cherries, our Rosso Grande is an italian blend which offers a slight sweetness on the finish. A perfect compliment to the tomato acidity in your favorite red sauce.
Cabernet~Merlot - The soft character of merlot is the perfect foil for cabernet's intensity, resulting in a smooth, lightly oaked wine with teh fullness of ripe berries.
Cabernet~Shiraz - This blend marries the firm flavors of cabernet sauvignon with the lush, full texture of shiraz. The result is nicely rounded, slightly oaky red wine.
Sangiovese~Merlot - This wine offers an intense bouquet of dark ripe fruit, juicy raspberries and toasted oak, balanced by delicate hints of vanilla and modest tannins. It is a very nice, soft everyday table wine.
Amarone - Unique to the
Valpolicella region of Italy, our amarone is packed with rich raspberry, blackberry
and cassis flavors. It is a full bodied red with moderate to heavy oak.
Chianti - A traditional chianti, it is light bodied with light oak and lots
of fruit. A red checked tablecloth is a must with this bottle of wine.

Chardonnay - our chardonnay is a rich, creamy wine from grapes grown in Australia. Flavors of ripe apple, pineapple and tropical fruit show through. The addition of medium oak compliments the wine nicely with hints of butter and and vanilla.
Pinot Grigio - This gold medal wine is one of Italy's most sought after. Light to medium bodied and straw in color, it is crisp and flavorful, with charasteric tropical fruit aromas and hints of green apple.
Sauvignon Blanc - From New Zealand, it is crisp and light with intense flavors of characteristic grapefruit and an aroma reminiscent of freshly cut grass. There is very light oak on the finish.
Riesling - Our johannisberg riesling is on the dry side, yet it is delightfully fruity and well balanced with hints of peach and apricot.
Viognier - This dry, full-bodied wine has a powerful, rich and complex aroma of ripe apricots, orange blossoms and tropical fruit flavors. The deep and rich gold color is uniquely viognier.
Traminer - This is our "Gator Bite." Slightly sweet, it is a blend dominated by the gewurztraminer grape. Aromatic and rich, it is a perfect compliment for spicy foods.

White Ice-Style Dessert Wine - Our rich white dessert wine, with perfectly balanced sweetness, is loaded with flavors of apricot, peaches and honey. Serve this chilled with your favorite dessert. It is reminiscent of the much more expensive ice wines, just not quite as delicate. It is also a fraction of the price!
