VIN DE TOUR DE BATTE

In honor of the Temple Orange, we have created our own orange riesling. This delightful riesling is fermented as usual, and is then married with the juice from fresh florida oranges. The result has been described as a "mimosa without the fizz". The orange flavor provides both a nice, refreshing flavor as well as a bit of nostalgia.

The red wine is called L'Collage. It is a dark ruby colored, robust wine in the Bordeaux style. The timeless Bordeaux combination of cabernet sauvignon and merlot grapes is then married with cabernet franc to give the wine its richness, depth and color. It is a perfect compliment to any dinner calling for a hearty red wine.

Each of these wines is available for $12.00 per bottle. Come visit us at the winery. You are welcome to taste both of these Bat Tower wines. If you can't make it to the winery, the wines are also available in Temple Terrace at The Olde World Cheese Shop, Chuck's Natural Marketplace, and The Empress Tea Room. We hope that they will soon be availabe in Publix as well.
