Since 2003, Aspirations Winery has been supplying custom label wine, serving our restaurant and hotel clients, retailers and markets, corporations and individuals.  We have expanded our selection of classic wines in response to feedback from some of our customers.  Many customers love our low sulfite, fruit-forward, young wines.  Others favor a more classic, mainstream red and white.

Burford Family Wines of northern California is supplying us with finished wines for us to bottle and label for you.  The current selections include these three delicious California vintages, of which are available for your custom label:

• ’05 Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon • ’07 Lake County Merlot • ’07 Lodi Chardonnay

In addition to the California wines, our own premium wines start with high quality crushed grapes which we import from grape-growing regions around the world. We ferment them into excellent, smooth, low sulfite premium wines, comparable to many commercially produced wines at twice the price.  This provides us the unique ability to produce many different varietals in our winery.  Our classic series wines consist of many of your favorite traditional red and white varietals as well as a number of exceptional and unique blends.
Many of our customers enjoy our wonderfully unique and very popular fruit infused wines which we produce here at the winery.  For those looking for something on the lighter and sweeter side, our fruit infused wines all start with a traditional parietal grape (e.g., riesling, merlot, shiraz, etc.), to which we infuse natural fruit flavors. The result is a wine for both the non-wine drinker and wine enthusiast alike. They are perfect with appetizers, dessert or by themselves at the pool, the beach or apres ski.  Our fruit-infused wines have a final alcohol content of 8.5%, compared to 11%-14% in traditional parietal wines. All of the wines we produce at Aspirations Winery have the distinction of being produced with MINIMAL ADDED SULFITES, a level just sufficient to insure the quality and stability of our wines.
